Announcements for the Week of January 19, 2025

  1. Married couples, registration ends Sunday, January 19th for our “All Red Soirée” happening on Valentine’s Day. Make it a date night with your sweetie and join us Friday, February 14th at 7pm for a luxurious dinner from our Gourmet Grille and live entertainment from comedian and social media personality, Tim Shropshire.  The cost is $65 per couple.  Head to our Online Registration page to sign up.  Limited seats are available.

  2. Sunday, January 19th is the last day to submit an Interest Form for Cross Current – an inner healing ministry that focuses on identity. This ministry is a safe space if you’re in need of emotional or spiritual healing. Our first Cross Current Session of 2025 starts Monday, January 27th.  Please submit an Interest Form by visiting our Online Registration page.

  3. Sunday, January 19th is the last day to apply for the WOW Factor 6.0. Ladies, if you’re looking for a kick start to your weight loss journey, our WOW Fitness Coaches can help you move toward your goals.  WOW Factor is a safe place to learn how to properly lose weight through exercise, proper nutrition, accountability, and most importantly, with God’s help. Spaces are limited, so head over to Mt Gilead’s online registration page to fill out an application!

  4. Please note the church campus will be closed on Monday, January 20th in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.

  5. Overseers meet with Helps Ministry Cluster 1 on Tuesday, January 21st between 6:15pm and 8:00pm. On the following Tuesday, January 28th, Overseers meet with Helps Ministry Cluster 2.  Please check the Helps Ministry Platform for room assignments.

  6. The first WOW Fitness Workout and Water Break Convo of 2025 is Saturday, January 25. Meet us at 8am in the Grand Concourse with a towel, mat, and water. A fitness waiver and registration are required. Please visit our Online Registration page to sign up.

  7. We’re hosting a Newlywed Check-Up Session after service on Sunday, January 26th. If you’d like to attend, please complete an Interest Form on our church Online Registration page.

  8. Ladies, please join the WOW Network Support Ministries for their 2025 Kick-Off on Monday, January 27th at 6:30pm. These ministries are Human Services, Just Support, My Sister’s Keeper, and RARE Jewels. They cater to women in crisis, single moms, cancer survivors, and those overcoming separation, divorce, and domestic violence.
